Checking the paperwork before handing over a reservation deposit or signing the private purchase contract could save you money and problems. 

We have a fixed service fee for property purchases and includes:

  • The complete property check

  • Prepare or check all  legal contracts ( reservation contract, arras contract, title deed contract)

  • Communicate/ Negociate with vendor the purchase price & conditions of the property

  • Advice and control national /international payments

  • Opening Spanish bank account and deal with the necesarry papers

  • Mortgage service with Spanish banks ( negociating best conditions for our clients)

  • Translation of important documents

  • Change of ownership contracts for gas/electricity and water

Not included in this service fee are:

Opening Spanish company

Applying the Nie number

Contract for property renovation ( if needed)
